At SNØ Oslo, ice climber Mathias Ekornås set out to break the world record: over 7,000 vertical meters in just 24 hours. Achieved Media was there from his first swing at 6am to the final exhausted ascent the next morning.

The challenge wasn’t just physical. For Mathias, it was a battle against fatigue, repetition, and time. For our crew, it meant filming in freezing conditions, low light, and without interfering with the athlete’s rhythm.

We solved it with precision: a stripped-down filming strategy, mobile lighting rigs, and rotating shifts to keep the crew sharp. The result? A raw, cinematic portrait of endurance—capturing every moment of grit, doubt, and triumph.
